Challenge
After a decade of growth, Midway Vacations needed to elevate its brand from boutique operator to category leader. Competing in a crowded vacation rental market, the company sought a refined identity that would appeal to both travelers and property owners while supporting its ambitious expansion across Hawai‘i.
Approach
We developed a modern brand system that captured Midway’s spirit of professionalism and personalized service. A new wordmark, color palette, and messaging framework redefined the company’s voice, creating a unified identity built for consistency and scalability across all touchpoints.
Execution
The refreshed brand was rolled out across digital and physical experiences, from a redesigned, mobile-first website to new signage and guest collateral. Marketing and sales materials were updated to reflect the same elevated tone, while a coordinated photo and video shoot produced visuals that authentically represent both the guest and owner experience.
Results
Launched in April 2025, the refreshed brand unifies Midway’s presence across platforms and properties, reinforcing trust, sophistication, and local authenticity. The scalable system positions Midway Vacations for continued growth as a leader in Hawai‘i’s hospitality industry.
